How to modify boot device priority in BIOS?

BIOS settings allow the computer to run with boot sequence from hard drive, floppy drive, CD/DVD-ROM drive, or external devices such as USB stick. 
You can set up the order that your computer searches these physical devices for the boot sequence. 
This is useful when you need to reinstall the operating system from DVD or restore your computer back to factory defaults using a USB stick.
