Mounting or changing a touch panel or box module could never be simpler as the modular design can be completed within two steps. ADP technology helps HMI panel PC achieves easy installation, maintenance, and ensures not to cause long-term interruption while upgrading or maintaining the equipment.
Configure by Demand
DFI’s modular touchscreen computers equipped with Intel Atom or Core i series processors, customers can freely choose the processing capability of the box PC and size of the panel depending on their requirement. Customers can also choose from over 30 I/O expansion modules and resistive single-touch or projected capacitive multi-touch displays to build highly customized solutions.
100% In-house Boards
With in-house production, it eases the control over manufacturing quality and protects from a risk of fraud and confidentiality issues. KSM070-AL/KSM156-AL is developed based on 100% in-house DFI‘s proprietary motherboard, ensuring lower costs of maintenance by all-in-one design and passes through comprehensive process of quality control.
Rugged Design
KSM modular PC series provides outstanding reliability and durable performance featuring the capability of wide voltage 9~48V DC power input and surviving under the extended temperature range from -40°C to 70°C with fanless, anti-vibration, cableless design. These industrial-grade PCs can operate stably 24/7 under challenging environments like in-vehicle, logistics, aviation, and marine sectors.
Convertible Power Module
DFI KSM-AL/BMAL series are patented with convertible power management module for replacing MCU with onboard Embedded Controller which is cost-efficient and space-saving to achieve Power Ignition (IGN) function supported with delay on/off time management for low voltage power protection. In addition, this touch panel PC series are available with wide voltage power modules including 3 options of 12V, 9~48V, 24V power boards to fulfill different demands in in-vehicle, AGV, and industrial automation markets.
